Complete Blood Count (CBC)

A CBC is used to screen for symptoms such as fatigue or bruising, diagnose disorders such as anemia and infection, and can monitor a variety of diseases that affect blood cells. It is usually ordered as part of a routine health exam and measures the levels of red and white blood cells and platelets.
